What benefits, barriers, and opportunities are homeowners in Massachusetts facing today? This webinar will present new research The Boston Foundation and the MassINC Polling Group that explores the experiences of homeowners across income levels, race, age, and region.
These findings cover a variety of topics, such as what drives people’s satisfaction with owning a home; the financial pressures and other factors that shaped where and how they were able to buy; and specific subject areas, including down-payment resources, home refinancing, estate planning, and energy savings awareness.
Panelists at the event will provide context for the survey responses and discuss how public, private, and nonprofit actors within the housing ecosystem are responding to these realities.
