Camila Ulian is CommonWealth Beacon’s digital producer, bringing the publication’s reporting to audiences through a range of multimedia formats. Before joining CommonWealth Beacon, she worked in Washington, D.C., as a communications strategist at Radio Free Asia and as an audience engagement editor at Washington City Paper, where she focused on audience growth and innovative approaches to digital storytelling. She is passionate about helping readers connect with public-interest journalism and the policies and issues affecting their communities.
Camila holds a Master of Science in Politics and Communications from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelor’s degree in communications and Spanish from the College of Charleston.
