Christina Citino

Senior Research Manager of the Applied Research and Program Evaluation group , UMass Donahue Institute

Ms. Citino has more than twenty years of experience providing state agencies, non-profits, and community-based organizations with program development, needs assessment, and applied research and program evaluation services. During her tenure, she has managed a wide array of research projects related to at-risk youth, co-occurring disorders treatment, housing and homelessness, access to health care, and managing chronic conditions. She has co-authored three reports on the human services industry and its workforce. Presently, she is leading the effort to update the Department of Public Health’s 2010 Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Needs Assessment and oversees a joint Early Education and Care/Department of Public Health study of community capacity to support child development.
