Jonathan Lee Cozzens

Jonathan Lee Cozzens is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with a background in corporate taxation and a seasoned real estate developer who has brought multiple properties to life in gateway cities across Massachusetts. A dedicated historic preservationist, he has worked to protect and restore the architectural heritage and economic health of local communities. He also serves as a court-appointed Receiver by the Northeast Housing Court, where he works to rehabilitate distressed properties and ensure safe, habitable housing for residents.
